How to reset your password
- 1. Open the password reset page (https://privacy.com.br/v2/auth/recovery-password) and enter your registered e-mail.
- 2. Check your e-mail. You will receive a link to reset the password. If you cannot find it, check the spam and junk folders.
- 3. Create a new secure password: at least one special character (such as @, #, $, %), uppercase and lowercase letters, and at least one number.
- 4. Confirm the change and log in as usual.
Strengthen your security
After recovering access, we recommend turning on two-factor authentication under Security and Privacy. That way, even if someone discovers your password, they will not be able to log in without the code from the authenticator app.
If anything goes differently than expected, talk to support through the balloon in the bottom right corner of the screen.
