PRIVACY is a platform that allows some to share content; others to enjoy this content and in some cases, both.

PRIVACY is a product of ORANGE SEA CORP., a private legal entity, registration number 2121942 with the authorities of the British Virgin Islands, headquartered at 80 Main Street, PO BOX 3200, Road Town, Tortola VG1110, British Virgin Islands. ORANGE SEA CORP is the owner of the "Privacy" platform, holding all rights over it.

By using our services, you agree to share some information with us. This policy discloses what information we collect, how we use it, and with whom we share it.

We confirm that the legal basis for processing your data is that by participating in our social network, you have entered into a contract with us, and the processing of data established here is part of that contract. As we must monitor and control the use of our site, the basis for this processing is to fulfill a legal obligation.

Users are "creators" or "followers". A Creator posts content for followers to access. Creators set the monthly subscription value that followers pay to view the content, thus forming their revenue. A follower decides which content to view, as well as which content purchases to make from creators within the platform.

In this policy, "user" or "you" refers to any creator or follower.

Information we collect Regardless of whether you are a creator, a follower, or both, there are three categories of information we collect:

  1. Information you choose to transmit to us;
  2. Information we receive when you use our platform;

Information we receive from third parties.

Information you choose to provide us: To open an account and use our services, you will disclose to us:

  1. Your name;
  2. Current postal address;
  3. A valid email address;
  4. A username;
  5. Your date of birth;
  6. A photo of your CPF (identity verification "selfie");
  7. Your banking credentials.

To facilitate the location of your profile by others, we may also ask you to provide us with some additional information that will be publicly visible on our services, such as profile pictures, a profile name, or other useful identifying information.

Be careful when providing information about yourself and others you know (likely to be personal data) that will be uploaded to our network pages. Other users may use this content for their own purposes.

Information we obtain when you use our services:

When you use our services, we collect information about the content you have viewed or shared. For example:
