Our services are not intended for individuals under the age of 18 or for those who do not have full legal capacity, as defined by Article 5 of the Brazilian Civil Code. The minimum age for registration on the platform is 18 years, and PRIVACY has security measures in place to ensure that we do not collect data from minors under 18.

Introduction

PRIVACY is a platform that allows some to share content; others to enjoy this content and in some cases, both.

PRIVACY is a product of ORANGE SEA CORP., a private legal entity, registration number 2121942 with the authorities of the British Virgin Islands, headquartered at 80 Main Street, PO BOX 3200, Road Town, Tortola VG1110, British Virgin Islands. ORANGE SEA CORP is the owner of the "Privacy" platform, holding all rights over it.

By using our services, you agree to share some information with us. This policy discloses what information we collect, how we use it, and with whom we share it.

We confirm that the legal basis for processing your data is that by participating in our social network, you have entered into a contract with us, and the processing of data established here is part of that contract. As we must monitor and control the use of our site, the basis for this processing is to fulfill a legal obligation.

We inform you that the processing of personal data in the digital environment operated by PRIVACY follows the provisions contained in Law No. 13.709/2018 (General Data Protection Law), according to Article 3, clauses I and III of this legal document. PRIVACY informs that it does not collect/process sensitive personal data.

By registering on the platform, you agree to share your data with us and consent to all the provisions established here, according to Articles 7 and 8 of the General Data Protection Law.

Below, we define our policy, but remember that:

1. All content is monitored by third parties to ensure that the network is lawful and legal and not compromised;
2. You will not give or provide financial information to us, but to our chosen partners. These entities may or may not be located in South America;
3. We will not transfer your personal data outside Brazil;
4. We will not make decisions that may harm you.

Users are "creators" or "followers". A Creator posts content for followers to access. Creators set the monthly subscription value that followers pay to view the content, thus forming their revenue. A follower decides which content to view, as well as which content purchases to make from creators within the platform.

In this policy, "user" or "you" refers to any creator or follower.

Information we collect Regardless of whether you are a creator, a follower, or both, there are three categories of information we collect:

1. Information you choose to transmit to us;
2. Information we receive when you use our platform;

Information we receive from third parties.

Information you choose to provide us: To open an account and use our services, you will disclose to us:

1. Your name;
2. Current postal address;
3. A valid email address;
4. A username;
5. Your date of birth;
6. A photo of your CPF (identity verification "selfie");
7. Your banking credentials.

To facilitate the location of your profile by others, we may also ask you to provide us with some additional information that will be publicly visible on our services, such as profile pictures, a profile name, or other useful identifying information.

Be careful when providing information about yourself and others you know (likely to be personal data) that will be uploaded to our network pages. Other users may use this content for their own purposes.

Information we obtain when you use our services:

When you use our services, we collect information about the content you have viewed or shared. For example:

1. Usage information. We collect information about the content that viewers have accessed. From this, we can highlight similar content for that user;
2. Content information. We collect the content you create on our services, such as custom stickers, photos, videos, text, and information about the content you create or provide, such as whether the recipient viewed the content and the metadata provided with the content.

How long we keep your content:

We want you to be in control of your information. You can delete any content whenever you want. If you delete your account, the personal data we hold about you will be deleted after six months. This paragraph satisfies the provisions of Article 13 (2) (b & c) of the GDPR and Article 16 of the LGPD.
