Privacy is a platform that enables the monetization of online content. On Privacy, if you are an Influencer User, you can create your own exclusive content and build a close and authentic connection with your Subscribers.
Privacy is the leader in its segment and has the largest community of influencers, with more than 225 thousand registered influencers and 25 million monthly users on its social network.
To make this experience even better, Privacy requires every User, whether an Influencer or a Subscriber, to respect the Terms of Use below, in order to promote a safe and protected network for everyone.
Glossary
Subscriber: a User who follows an Influencer/Creator and views their content upon payment;
Agency/Agent: a talent agency focused on monetizing and selling exclusive content by managing the content of its represented talent;
Account Ban: when a User's account is deleted by Privacy because of a violation of these Terms of Use, of applicable law or by order of a competent authority.
Block: when a User's account is temporarily blocked by Privacy for non-compliance with these Terms of Use;
Commission: the amount charged by the platform for the use of its technology in the intermediation between the Influencer/Creator and the Subscriber, calculated as a percentage of the revenue earned by the Influencer/Creator;
Laranjinha: a feature of the Privacy platform intended to send informational messages to Users about activities and interactions.
Referral Payment: payments made by Privacy to Users who refer new Influencers/Creators, in the amount of 5% (five percent) of all the revenue of the referred Influencer/Creator, for a period of 6 (six) months;
Privacy Wallet: Privacy's prepaid digital wallet, which lets the User deposit funds to use the deposited credits inside the Privacy platform.
1. General
i. General Provisions: these Terms of Use constitute a contract between the User and Privacy and govern access to and use of the platform and its features, including content, functionalities and services offered on or through the social network, binding Influencers/Creators and Subscribers to comply with and observe the provisions set out herein.
ii. Updates to the Terms of Use: Privacy reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately and are considered accepted by Users through continued use of the platform after publication.
