How payment processing works
- Credit card: processing can take up to 5 minutes;
- As soon as the purchase is completed, you receive a confirmation e-mail at the registered address;
- The content is released automatically after the payment is approved.
What if the content is not released?
If the content is not released or you do not receive the confirmation e-mail, contact us. It may be just a system instability.
- Open the support chat in the bottom right corner of the screen;
- Provide the e-mail registered to your account;
- If possible, provide the date and time of the purchase attempt.
Tip: also check the spam and junk folders. The confirmation e-mail may be there.
