At Privacy, the content monitoring is something vital for its operations, granting the social media security and the straight fulfilling of Privacy guidelines. Privacy uses the combination of advanced artificial intelligence (AI) with a specialized team, that work continuously to commit a safe environment for all Users.

The AI system provides the automatic monitoring 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, identifying possible policies violations in a fast e precise way. Detecting any material that may be infringing Privacy guidelines, the system immediately notifies the moderation team, that will make an accurate content analysis.

The Privacy’s commitment is to provide an environment that Influencers and Subscribers may interact with confidence, as respecting the social media guidelines as such the applicable law. The moderation team is fundamental in this process, granting that the Privacy community be inclusive, safe and in compliance with established guidelines.

The Terms of Service are used as an orientation basis to the content monitoring and moderation. It describes clearly the kind of content that is allowed and the acceptable use, providing for all Users transparent guidelines.

When a potential infraction is identified, by the AI or through the channel reports sent to “[email protected]”, a strict evaluation process begins. If the Terms of Service violation is confirmed, the content is removed immediately or blocked to be uploaded, and the Influencer is notified by email. The notification has details about the committed violation and the Privacy’s specifics sections that were infringed.

The Influencers have the right to contest the decision in 7 (seven) consecutive days upon the receiver of notification, except for temporary posts. In that time, the moderation team will review the case and communicate the final decision to the Influencer. In all steps of this process, as the reporter as such the Influencer are updated regarding the analysis status. In case of temporary posts, the Influencers have the right to contest the decision in 24 (twenty-four) hours.

Each infringement content identified is registered on the social media Compliance system, granting the transparency of Privacy’s actions. Privacy’s commitment is to grant a safe environment and in compliance with Privacy’s policies and Terms of Service, always prioritizing its Users’ privacy and protection.
