1:1 video call: how it works

Whether you are a creator or a subscriber, here is a practical guide to everything about our one-on-one video calls.

How does payment work?

  • Payment is made via Pix or credit card, instantly, at the moment of the invitation.
  • The creator sets the price of the call, within these limits:
  • Minimum: R$ 39.90
  • Maximum: R$ 5,000.00
  • The creator also chooses the duration of the call:
  • Minimum: 5 minutes
  • Maximum: 120 minutes

How to send or receive invitations?

  • The creator generates the invitation directly through the chat with the subscriber.
  • The price and duration of the call can be set.
  • Once the invitation is sent:
  • It expires in 10 minutes if payment is not made.
  • After payment via Pix, the room opens immediately.
  • Scheduling for a future time is not available yet.

During the call

  • Both have the "End call" button, which ends the session once both are connected.
  • If the connection drops, the room stays active and can be resumed with the same invitation.
  • If only one person enters the room, it waits for the other for up to 30 minutes before closing.

A fair timer

  • Time only starts counting when the creator enters the room.
  • The timer keeps running until both leave, even beyond the contracted time.

Camera, microphone and compatibility

  • Before the call, you need to allow the device to use the camera and microphone.
  • You can use a phone, computer or tablet.
  • Creator and subscriber can turn the camera and microphone on or off at any time.
