Where to find information about your balance
Balance data is currently available in different places on the platform: Main Menu, My Privacy area and My Bank area.
Although the balance appears in more than one place, My Bank is where you find the most complete information, as well as the options to move funds to the bank account registered on the platform.
How the balance is presented on the platform
- Released balance: the amount available for withdrawal. In this field you also find the button to start the transfer to your bank account.
- Revenue today: shows how much you have earned so far today, helping you track the overall movement of sales.
- Total: shows the sum of the released balance and the balance to be released. The balance to be released corresponds to sales made with payment methods that have longer release times, such as credit card and wallet credits.
