The Privacy Wallet is the platform's new smart payment method, created to make your experience faster, safer and more flexible. With it, you top up credits directly inside Privacy and use that balance to:
- Subscribe to creators;
- Buy content in private chat;
- Make 1:1 calls;
- Get tickets for lives.
During special promotions, you can also earn cashback, discounts and top-up bonuses.
Important notice
The balance added to the Wallet cannot be refunded or withdrawn, since it is credit for exclusive use inside the platform.

How to top up your Wallet
Topping up is simple and 100% via Pix:
- Open your Wallet in the platform menu;
- Click "Top up";
- Choose the amount you want to add;
- Pay via Pix using the QR Code or the generated code;
- The balance is released immediately.
More security and transparency
- You do not need to expose card details on every purchase;
- It avoids payment refusals caused by external failures;
- The whole history of top-ups and purchases is available in your profile;
- The balance does not expire and can be used whenever you want.
Remember: balance added via Pix is not refundable.
First time opening the Wallet?
When you open the Wallet for the first time, you will see a welcome screen with a quick guide: add balance via Pix; use the balance in your purchases without typing a card; enjoy exclusive benefits during special campaigns.
