First of all: can a post be edited?
Images and videos cannot be edited after publication. To change the media, you need to delete the post and publish it again (following the rules below).
For posts with no additional price (free)
- Open your feed;
- Click the three dots on the post;
- Select "Delete";
- Done. Now just redo the post as you wish.
For posts with an additional price (paid content)
- If nobody has bought it yet: the post can be deleted, and you can repost it with the desired changes.
- If someone has already bought it: the post cannot be deleted, not even by our support team.
- In that case, the alternative is to archive the post, which stops new users from seeing or buying it.
- Those who already bought it keep access to the content for 60 days, according to our delivery policy.
This rule exists so that every paid content remains accessible to buyers for a set time, honoring the commitment made at the moment of sale.
