Where to withdraw
- Open the home menu at the bottom center of the screen;
- Click "Settings";
- Then click "My Bank";
- In that area you can see: your balance available for withdrawal; the option to register or select your Pix key (CPF, phone, e-mail or random key); the option to request a withdrawal via Pix.
When does the amount become available for withdrawal?
- Sales via Pix: the amount is released immediately after payment confirmation;
- Sales via credit card (and international sales): the amount becomes available 15 calendar days after the sale.
Important: a withdrawal can only be requested when there is at least R$ 30.00 available.
Withdrawal rules
- Withdrawals can only go to a bank account linked to the same CPF or CNPJ registered on Privacy;
- This rule guarantees that only the account holder can move the funds.
Fees and limits: the creator is entitled to 1 (one) free withdrawal per day. For further withdrawals on the same day, a fee of R$ 3.50 is charged, deducted directly from the amount transferred.
Security of your earnings
Your funds are protected. Privacy does not allow transfers to third-party accounts, which guarantees more security and control over your earnings.
