- To withdraw amounts from international sales, you need to wait 15 calendar days after the sale is confirmed.
- This period is essential to guarantee the security of the transactions and the correct processing of amounts coming from abroad, since it involves international clearing, anti-fraud checks and currency conversion.
- Only after that period does the amount become available for withdrawal in your account.
How to track my international sales
Option 1: Statement
- Open My Privacy > Statement
- Apply the "International" filter
- Check the sale date and count the 15 calendar days to know when the amount will be released for withdrawal.
Option 2: Summary
- Open My Privacy > Summary > International Sales
- See the total balance accumulated from your international sales.
